Seeking a
Construction Safety Manager
to oversee and implement safety programs across light industrial projects. Travel to project sites is required to ensure compliance with company standards, OSHA regulations, and client requirements. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and monitor project-specific safety plans and procedures. Conduct site safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations. Provide training and mentorship to field staff and subcontractors on safety best practices. Collaborate with project teams to foster a culture of safety on every jobsite. Ensure compliance with OSHA, state, and local safety regulations. Maintain accurate safety documentation, reports, and corrective action plans. Travel frequently to oversee multiple projects across the Midwest and East Coast. Qualifications
5+ years of construction safety management experience (light industrial experience strongly preferred). OSHA 30 required; CHST, CSP, or other safety certifications a plus. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, regulations, and procedures. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to travel regularly to job sites.
