Every two minutes, someone in the U.S. is diagnosed, and our founders personal loss to this disease drives our mission to change outcomes for patients everywhere. As we transition from clinical development to commercial launch, we are building a team of high-performing, mission-driven individuals ready to tackle one of the most important challenges in oncology.
We are seeking a Director of Commercial Excellence to build and scale the systems, processes, and tools that will empower our sales and commercial teams. This is a rare opportunity to join a medical device company at its first commercialization phase and shape the foundation of our go-to-market execution.
What Youll Do:
Design, implement, and optimize Commercial Excellence systems, processes, and reporting tools to support sales effectiveness.
Own CRM (Salesforce) design, integrity, training, and adoption across the commercial organization.
Develop and manage sales operations functions including forecasting, territory alignment, incentive compensation, and performance analytics.
Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, and Market Access to drive accurate revenue forecasting, budgeting, and business insights.
Create and deliver dashboards, business intelligence tools, and reporting frameworks to support decision-making.
Lead customer service and sales support activities, ensuring operational excellence from manufacturing through distribution.
Collaborate with IT to drive Lumicells enterprise data strategy and support long-term scalability.
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced business degree .
10+ years in medical device/pharma, including 5+ years in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement.
Experience in a 01 commercialization phase or high-growth start-up environment strongly .
Demonstrated expertise in CRM (Salesforce), forecasting, sales process design, and incentive compensation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with proven ability to influence at all levels.
