Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Chiropractic Assistant to join the team at our thriving clinic. It will be your responsibility to answer phones, verify insurance, take a history of the patient, and build and maintain patient relationships throughout the patients care at Nevada Rehabilitation Centers. You will participate in educating the patients while working with the clinicians as they report the findings of an orthopedic exam and diagnostic imaging. It will be your responsibility to verify insurance and deliver a financial breakdown of the overall Care Plan along with helping patients to coordinate their schedules to arrive for the recommended care. You will focus on understanding patient needs and wants, helping them overcome obstacles and empathizing with their struggles and challenges while influencing them to do what is in their best interest to improve their quality of life.
The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.

Qualifications
One or more years of experience as a receptionist or similar role is preferred
