We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Services Coordinator to join our Multi-Specialty team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by supporting patient needs, enhancing customer service, and maintaining organization within our clinic.

Handle payment processing and provide receipts accurately. Manage patient scheduling, including appointments, cancellations, and rescheduling. Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality in all patient communications. Verify insurance eligibility and patient information for accuracy during visits. Assist in keeping the reception area organized and welcoming. Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
