Patient Services Coordinator . In this role, you will complete essential processes and protocols, work collaboratively with all members of the care team, provide exceptional customer service, and adhere to Lean processes. You will support the team in achieving financial, clinical, and service goals. Your responsibilities include: Welcoming and registering patients promptly and courteously Instructing, directing, and scheduling patients and visitors Handling patient payments and posting payment data Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines Communicating effectively with clinical staff to keep patients informed Verifying insurance eligibility and ensuring accurate patient information Collecting and posting payments according to established procedures Scheduling, cancelling, and rescheduling patient appointments as needed Supporting a positive team environment and assisting co-workers Demonstrating professionalism in behavior, attendance, and communication Your Schedule:
You will work a 37.5-hour week between 11:30 am and approximately 8:30 pm. The schedule will be determined by the supervisor upon hire. Location:

New York residents can expect a salary range of $16.00 to $28.27 per hour, based on various factors including local labor markets and individual qualifications.
