We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to fill the position of Medical Device Assembler on our 3rd Shift schedule. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a crucial role that contributes to lifesaving medical devices.

$20.50/hour Schedule:
3rd Shift, Monday to Friday, 11:15 PM - 7:15 AM Location:
Forest Lake, MN Position Type:
Temp to Hire Requirements and Qualifications: At least 1 year of experience in plastic injection molding is preferred. High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience is preferred. Able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Effective communication skills with coworkers and other departments. Basic understanding of scales and measuring equipment. Familiarity with various secondary operations equipment. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Committed to performing tasks safely. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Physical capability to walk within the office/shop areas. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and grasp with both hands. Vision requirements: must have correctable eyesight and good depth perception. Able to stand for extended periods. Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds safely. Proficient hand dexterity. Able to prioritize tasks effectively. Able to make informed decisions with limited information. Ability to work under high-stress conditions while meeting customer demands. Key Responsibilities: Perform sorting and assembly tasks using secondary operations equipment like pad printers and sonic welders. Inspect and document parts according to inspection instructions. Conduct trimming work using knives or cutters, assist in assembly, and participate in hand painting. Comprehend and follow all information in the Manufacturing Instruction Manual. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate cooperatively with all team members. Assemble components and devices that improve and save lives. Check for defects to ensure compliance with quality standards. Utilize small hand tools during the assembly process. Perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for long durations. Undertake other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Why Work with Us?
