Your Day-to-Day Impact

Master the schedule: Build and confirm shifts at least two weeks ahead; track caregiver requests and client needs in real time

Perfect matches: Pair caregivers and clients based on skills, proximity, and personality for quality, continuity, and satisfaction

Tackle the unexpected: Maintain an up-to-date on-call list and secure coverage within minutes, not hours

Keep everyone in the loop: Provide instant updates to caregivers, clients, and managers via phone, text, and scheduling software

Support growth: Assist HR with new-hire onboarding and share insights that improve retention

Stay organized: Coordinate patient appointments, update records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations

What You Bring

Experience as a scheduler, staffing coordinator, or dispatcher (home care or healthcare preferred)

Confidence with scheduling platforms and Microsoft Office

Sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

Calm, empathetic communication skills—especially when handling urgent calls

High school diploma or GED (business or healthcare coursework a plus)

Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued in our diverse community

A proactive, collaborative spirit that thrives on connecting caregivers and clients

Flexible availability for a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

Ability to begin training immediately after hire
