Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
In this role, you'll visit customers’ homes to troubleshoot issues and introduce them to smart home technologies.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' residences.
Educate customers on effectively using their technology and suggest additional services when appropriate.
Maintain a clean work environment and uphold a professional demeanor while working independently, yet connected with the team.
