$22.80 - $29.64/hour, depending on relevant experience Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Sterile Processing Team Lead to guide our dynamic team in delivering exceptional service. You will leverage your advanced knowledge to foster teamwork and uphold high standards in sterile processing. Responsibilities: Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of departmental policies and procedures. Mentor and evaluate team members' performance, focusing on productivity and quality management. Serve as a positive role model to promote cooperation and teamwork. Coordinate services, prioritize assignments and workflow, and encourage situational decision-making/problem solving. Aid the team in ordering supplies and monitoring production and quality metrics. Undertake the responsibilities of the underlying job and provide guidance on complex or novel issues. Utilize critical thinking and decisive judgment to operate effectively with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Requirements: Minimum Required Education:
High School diploma or GED. Preferred: Medical Terminology course. Required Licensure/Certification:
Certified as a CSPDT (Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician) or CRCST (Certified Registered Central Service Technician). Preferred: additional certifications such as Certified Healthcare Leader (CHL), Certified Instrument Specialist (CIS), or Certified Endoscope Reprocessor (CER). Minimum Experience:
