Travel Job Description American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience and BLS certification.
Responsibilities Outpatient physical therapy clinic setting Day shift schedule: Monday through Thursday 8:00am–5:00pm, Friday 8:00am–12:00pm May float within the hospital as needed Uses Cerner EMR; experience preferred but not required Locals are accepted at the same rate Professional dress code: khaki, navy, or black pants with a professional shirt in gray, black, blue, or white; t-shirts are not permitted Not accepting travel pairs for this assignment Return staff must have a 6-month break in service and be in good standing No set mileage restriction for candidates Pre-start modules required, maximum of 8 hours to complete Will accept candidates with minor background hits only
Requirements Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient physical therapy experience required Current BLS certification required Current NC PT license or eligibility for state licensure examination required (license required if applicable) Ability to provide two professional references from supervisors within the past two years COVID vaccination card required or completed exemption request within 72 hours of acceptance
