A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CASHIER / FOOD RUNNER

As a Cashier / Food Runner, you are an essential part of the restaurant\'s success. You show up on time for your shift and are on the front line with our guests, leaving a lasting impression. You greet guests with a cheerful attitude and provide outstanding customer service.

You take orders via a touch screen register and accurately process transactions, handling cash. For each order, you check for accuracy and portion control. You assist customers by answering questions and address challenging situations with exceptional customer service, communicating issues to management as needed.

You also maintain a clean and well-stocked work area, including floors, windows, restrooms, tables, counters, and equipment. You enjoy working as part of a great team and are willing to learn new tasks. Reliability and dedication to customer service are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Availability to work varied hours and days including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to stand for extended periods and to move and lift as needed

Work Schedule

The typical schedule varies during operating hours. We open at 11 am and close between 8 pm and 10 pm depending on location.
