YMCA of Greater Richmond is hiring: Member Services Associate in Mechanicsville

The Atlee Station YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Services Associates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. This part time position starts at $12.50 per hour. We are looking for candidates who can work opening shifts, Monday-Friday and weekends.

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Member services associates will be required to answer phones, greet members, process memberships and complete program registrations. Must be able to work weekends and nights.

Member services associates should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
