Member Services Associate Job at YMCA of Greater Richmond in Richmond

The Downtown/10th Street Family YMCA is currently seeking part time, personable Member Service Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment to provide quality service to members and prospective members. We are looking for candidates to work the opening shift starting at 5:15am and the closing shifts 4:00-7:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm and weekend shifts. This part time position starts at $12.50 per hour.

DUTIES of a Member Services Associate

Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting members, processing memberships and completing program registrations.

Applicants should have excellent customer service skills, strong computer skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, a high school diploma or GED and be 18 years old or older.
