As a Production Supervisor, you'll lead by example as you foster and engage in a culture of standards that promotes the highest level of safety and quality throughout our processes. Coach and develop a team of technicians who will work across functions to ensure top-notch equipment performance throughout the operation day. Oversee your team's career development as you help them achieve performance goals in their area of responsibility.
+ Oversee performance of team including coaching, issuing corrective actions, issuing recognition, recommending promotions, and monitoring full associate life cycle.
+ Collaborate with cross functional factory leadership team to ensure end-to-end performance success.
+ Coordinate work schedules, overtime, and Permits to Work.
+ Utilize problem-solving and tools available to reduce equipment downtime.
+ Lead projects focused on performance improvement, factory goals, and personal development including sponsorship of continuous improvement efforts within the facility.
+ Deliver key performance indicators within assigned area of responsibility in the factory including operational efficiency, downtime, and staffing utilization.
**High School diploma or GED equivalent
+ 2+ years of production experience in a manufacturing, technical, military or related environment
