Overview

Senior Account Executive of Onboard Branding & Communications. This is a full-time onsite role in Miami, reporting to the Manager, Onboard Branding & Communications, within Royal Caribbean Group's Marketing Team. Royal Caribbean Group comprises brands such as Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Silversea Cruises, and focuses on branding, onboard experiences, and guest satisfaction across onboard channels. Responsibilities

Lead partnership with operations, shipboard and brand teams to ensure alignment with branding and communications strategies, brand campaigns, the Royal Way Standards, and the corporate strategic plan. Implement and drive initiatives through integrated onboard communications channels to increase awareness of onboard experiences delivered through internal or external partners. Develop multi-channel strategies to improve operational execution and guest experience, including creative development, consumer-facing communications (signs, flyers, etc.), digital entertainment, shipboard talk tracks, SOPs, and more. Support guest satisfaction ratings and onboard initiatives by developing marketing and communication plans to achieve NPS targets; evaluate onboard products, services, brand communications, and guest satisfaction. Serve as day-to-day contact with internal and external partners, ensuring adherence to metrics and branding objectives. Identify, research, and measure potential onboard offerings and strategic partnerships; ensure partners and promotions are effective and evolve to support global reach. Develop clear, concise briefs communicating business objectives and consumer insights. Supervise ongoing day-to-day creative development and production of on-brand onboard assets (print, video, digital) to improve guest satisfaction and experience. Maintain a rigorous calendar of all deliverables and milestones. Qualifications, Knowledge And Skills

Bachelor's Degree required from an accredited college or university. Minimum of 3-5 years of business, marketing, or agency experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in creative concept development & execution, strategy, and branding. Experience in supporting business partnerships, vendors, internal and/or cross-functional teams. Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously. Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills, especially under time and budget constraints. Ability to present plans and ideas to all levels of employees and management. Proficiency with computers, Internet, and software packages including Excel and Word. Occasional travel required. Comprehensive understanding of the Royal Caribbean International brand and competitive landscape; proactively recommend branding and communications opportunities to drive results. Understanding of internal and external communications strategies. Ability to apply operational, conceptual and strategic thinking to objectives, proposals and performance. Knowledge of Royal Caribbean's products, services, brand essence, and marketing objectives relative to competitors and partners. Ability to participate in cross-functional teams to define and implement product development and partnership strategies. Strong presentation skills and ability to interact with all departments and levels of management, as well as external customers and partners. Stay current on industry trends, opportunities, and competitive intelligence; ability to work against deadlines and financial constraints. Employment details
