to their team. Our team partners with entrepreneurs to accelerate scale, drive operational excellence, and unlock long-term value. Responsibilities
Spearhead the full lifecycle of investments—from sourcing and due diligence to financial modeling, deal structuring, and execution. Build and sustain a high-quality pipeline of opportunities through deep industry research, strategic networking, and relationship cultivation. Drive portfolio company performance by partnering with management teams to implement strategic initiatives, enhance operations, and unlock value. Deliver compelling presentations of investment theses and portfolio updates to the Investment Committee and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and develop junior investment professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment. Continuously assess market dynamics and macroeconomic trends to refine investment strategy and manage risk exposure. Coordinate seamlessly with legal, tax, and financial advisors to ensure efficient transaction execution and regulatory compliance. Requirements
7-10+ years of experience in private equity/venture capital. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Deep understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, and deal structuring. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience interfacing with C-level executives and investors. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
