Design, develop and implement software solutions. Solve business problems through innovation and engineering practices. Converse fluently in the full web-technology stack. Participate in all aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC): analyzing requirements, aligning with architectural standards, documenting specifications, translating requirements into modules, and developing or enhancing software components. Develop an understanding of products and problems to solve; go beyond working from requirements. Identify or troubleshoot code-related issues. Take an active role in code reviews to ensure solutions align with architectural specifications. Assist with design reviews by recommending how to incorporate requirements into designs and information/data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze requirements and outline proposed solutions. Qualifications
Minimum education and experience: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, or related field plus 1 year of experience in the job offered or related roles; or a Bachelor’s degree in the same fields plus 3 years of related experience. Skills required: Experience designing, developing, and testing high-quality software using Agile/Scrum; experience with React.js/JavaScript, RESTful APIs, and performance optimization; building and managing React components; designing and deploying scalable microservices (Docker or Kubernetes); Java/J2EE, Servlets/JSP/EJB/JMS; Java Spring Framework and Hibernate; Unix/Linux shell scripting; Oracle SQL; Jenkins, Maven, Git, and JUnit; SOAP-based web services; JSON data interchange; Splunk for monitoring.
