The
Enterprise Solutions Architect
will play a strategic role in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-level technology solutions across DIVIETO Ristorante Groups business units. This individual will serve as the bridge between business strategy and IT execution, ensuring technology systems are aligned with organizational goals. The role requires advanced technical expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to work cross-functionally to develop scalable, secure, and innovative solutions. --- Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Architecture & Strategy
Define, design, and implement enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with business objectives. Evaluate current technology infrastructure and recommend improvements to support scalability and efficiency. Develop roadmaps for IT systems, platforms, and applications to ensure future readiness.
Solution Design & Implementation
Lead the design and integration of enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, POS, HRIS, and cloud platforms. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors to implement technology solutions that enhance operational performance. Ensure interoperability and seamless integration between business applications.
Technology Leadership
Partner with executive leadership to translate business needs into innovative IT strategies. Provide technical leadership during software development, data migration, and infrastructure projects. Stay current with emerging technologies, evaluating potential business benefits.
Governance, Compliance & Security
Establish best practices for enterprise systems, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations. Implement strong data security protocols and ensure compliance with privacy and security regulations (PCI, GDPR, HIPAA as applicable). Monitor system performance, identifying risks and proactively implementing solutions.
Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment of goals. Document technical solutions, system architecture, and process workflows. Provide mentorship and guidance to IT staff and project teams.
--- Qualifications
Required: U.S. Citizenship or valid U.S. Work Permit (required for consideration). Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (Masters degree preferred). 7+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or IT systems integration. Proven track record in designing and implementing enterprise systems across multi-location businesses. Expertise with ERP, CRM, POS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and API-driven integrations. Strong knowledge of enterprise security frameworks and compliance standards. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. Preferred: Experience in hospitality, food service, or retail industry. Certification(s): TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar. Strong knowledge of data analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven technologies. --- Core Competencies
