KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate in GRC - Risk Transformation for our Consulting practice. Responsibilities
Apply critical thinking and problem-solving aptitudes to assist clients in the preparation and readiness of a GRC technology implementation through the creation of forward-looking implementation strategy and roadmap materials Facilitate process and technology design workshops with senior management to understand current state processes and technology and translate this into requirements enabling the future state program in GRC/IRM technology solutions (e.g., ServiceNow IRM, Workiva, Logic Gate, OneTrust, MetricStream, SAI Global) Develop required process and technology design documentation including business and technical requirements, story boards, data conversion, test scripts, and system testing; design data models around core GRC data elements to enable data analysis and reporting for management and regulators Guide clients through a GRC technology roll-out and support change management activities that drive user adoption Lead demonstrations of GRC platform functionality (policy management, risk assessment, controls testing, issues management, metrics) to potential and existing clients during pursuits and project delivery Provide high quality, professional day-to-day execution of GRC engagements in line with firm risk management practices; organize status updates, billing/invoicing, and other project management activities; operate independently in a remote environment and support team members across locations and time zones; supervise and mentor associates, interns, and new hires Qualifications
Minimum of three years of experience as a business analyst/integrator providing governance, risk and compliance services, including design and documentation of GRC strategies and roadmaps, business process and data requirements, test scripts and end-user training materials Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in an appropriate field Solid understanding of risk and control concepts and processes with practical experience in Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk Management, Third Party Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, IT Risk, Sarbanes-Oxley, ISO and NIST is preferred Implementation experience with a variety of GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow, MetricStream, BWise, Workiva, OpenPages, AuditBoard, etc.) Strong competencies in the ServiceNow IRM platform are preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future KPMG LLP and its affiliates comply with local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges.
