Our client is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of multifamily and mixed-use properties. This role focuses on driving performance, shaping strategy, and staying close to the market. It’s a hands-on position that involves strategic thinking and cross-team collaboration to execute initiatives.
Base pay range $145,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

What the Role Looks Like
Work closely with third-party operators to boost revenue, manage costs, and keep operations running smoothly.
Stay plugged into the market by talking to brokers, tenants, lenders, and other local players to keep your finger on the pulse.
Help evaluate new deals and development opportunities, bringing a strategic lens to underwriting and due diligence.
Lead the progression of properties from development to lease-up and stabilization, ensuring timelines stay on track.
Manage relationships with property managers, leasing teams, legal, and consultants—keeping everyone aligned and accountable.
Travel regularly to visit sites and stay engaged in key markets.
Monitor economic trends and adjust asset strategies as needed—deciding when to hold, sell, or reinvest.
Oversee financial reporting, valuations, and investor updates.
Approve budgets and capital plans, ensuring compliance with financing terms.
Lead dispositions from broker selection to closing.
Collaborate across internal teams and external partners to keep strategy and execution in sync.
What They're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in real estate, finance, or a related field is a plus.
At least 5 years of asset management experience, ideally with multifamily and mixed-use properties.
Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with joint ventures and acquisitions is helpful.
Excellent communicator who can manage multiple stakeholders and keep things moving.
Strategic mindset with a willingness to challenge assumptions and think creatively.
Comfortable with travel and being active in the field.
