Drive & support the strategic goals and initiatives of Sandisk’s global ER function. This includes change management, driving ER credibility, efficiency and governance of processes in partnership with the Global ER Director. Full spectrum of ER related tasks such as disciplinary matters, staff counselling, grievances handling, labor disputes, domestic inquiries, termination process, crises management and mitigation (workplace violence program, etc.) and other employee relations subjects in compliance with labor laws. To be the point of contact for ER related matters – for employees and people managers. To conduct and support investigations as well as provide sound recommendations for business and employees. To support and provide ER policy/procedure guidance. To lead or participate in ER projects. To establish and conduct people manager’s training module and other training sessions in relation to ER. To draft and execute disciplinary letters and investigation reports. Weekly ER/IR reports and disciplinary records tracking. Support investigators in highly sensitive HR and Employee Relations issues, including analyzing data from various internal systems; approving case adjudication; proposing remedial action based on investigation findings; production of thorough investigation documentation Conduct and manage investigative casework from end-to-end, inclusive of interviewing, data/evidence analysis, disciplinary/remedial action adjudication, and report writing Analyze casework trends and produce ER data trends/reports and strategic recommendations to proactively address systemic issues Manage and maintain standards around governance, case assignments, reporting and service level agreements Manage ER database cases, and integrity of entry for all global ER Cases. Use data to anticipate issues, identify opportunities, help design, and improve solutions that minimize reactive work Partner in developing and implementing efficient processes for regular audits of ER cases, progressive discipline, separations, severance/ unemployment, and restructuring activities Collaborate, Coach and Influence Leaders on critical elements of compliance, investigations outcomes and other ER matters Stay current with business trends, HR and ER trends, employment law and the employment landscape. Ensure operational excellence Work directly with internal and external partners to ensure a respectful and inclusive workplace culture Drive innovation to solve both business and team member problems globally Inspire, lead, and mentor others in development of accountability models, and in ensuring accountability to both results and behaviors. Qualifications

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or equivalent. At least 4-8 years of ER/IR working experience is required. 12+ years of experience in Human Resources or a role with equivalent level of experience with ER ownership 12+ years leading complex investigations Passion Central Investigations processes Strong project manager, capable of independently owning large-scale, network-wide projects demonstrates an inclusive leadership style and a commitment to equality Experience developing high performing teams Experience working in a global company influencing cross-functional regional and global projects of significant scope, complexity, and of a highly sensitive nature. Demonstrated success leading programs and driving process improvements Proven record of accomplishment of confident communication and management of stakeholders across all levels of an organization, including the ability to propose complex solutions and explanations in writing. Able to identify and anticipate client needs, respectful and healthy challenge when appropriate and in the right way and provide options for resolution to various workplace issues. The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to drive continuous improvement Robust understanding of key HR concepts and practices (employment law, compliance, engagement, retention, and performance) Due to the nature of the work within the organization, very short notice domestic and international travel may be required. Flexibility: Given the global support nature of this role, conference calls early morning/ late evenings may be a normal course of business. In office hybrid schedule Mondays/Wednesday/Thursday in Milpitas Skills
