Overview
Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated full-time Human Resource Partner (HRP) to join our collaborative, multi-disciplinary team in Western, NC. What You’ll Do
As the HR Partner (HRP), your focus will be on day-to-day employee relations activities and the administration of HR policies and procedures for your assigned areas. You will serve as the primary HR contact for front-line leaders and employees, answering questions, providing coaching, and offering ongoing guidance for employee relations issues and investigations. The HRP also serves as a strategic partner to senior leaders to support organizational strategies and to design and execute HR programs and operations across the employee life-cycle. Travel : This position has intermittent travel within the assigned service area as needed in Western NC and Virginia. Benefits
You’ll earn a
competitive salary depending on skills and experience . This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00am–5:00pm, with competitive benefits for benefits-eligible positions. Our Benefits Include

To join our team as the HRBP, you should have in-depth knowledge of employee relations and compliance, a collaborative mindset across departments, and the ability to track, monitor, and follow up on ongoing performance issues toward resolution. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education. Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance for work-related travel About Easterseals PORT Health
