Responsibilities
Consult with customers to transition business requirements into configuration requirements for ServiceNow Generative AI products
Drive process definition, re-engineering, and improvement during workshops with key customer stakeholders
Lead design workshops to capture personas, interactions, interfaces, and data requirements
Guide customers in completing necessary documentation and drafting user stories with acceptance criteria
Support internal and customer acceptance testing throughout the engagement process
Qualifications
Active Security Clearance required
At least five years of consulting experience for complex, global organizations
Proven ability to influence and consult across various industries and business use cases
Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation and facilitation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
Experience deploying Generative AI solutions
Solid experience in converting business requirements to configuration requirements using Agile Development
Experience in providing Knowledge-Centered Service/Support using technologies
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
Proven team player and team builder
