Serve as the functional and process expert for customer engagement teams, guiding clients in transitioning business requirements to configuration requirements for ServiceNow's Generative AI products Conduct workshops to define, re-engineer, and analyze customer processes, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices Lead design workshops to capture customer personas, interactions, and data requirements for various use cases Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies while supporting customers through the review and approval process Facilitate customer unit and user-acceptance testing, ensuring successful deployment of solutions What is Required (Qualifications)

Active Security Clearance required Minimum of five years of consulting experience with complex, global organizations Proven ability to influence and consult across various industries while providing thought leadership on business process and technical issues Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models, with a focus on Generative AI Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in Miro, Word, and PowerPoint How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
