Manage all aspects of event planning, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget requirements Research, coordinate, and execute a variety of events and tradeshows targeting consumers or industries Oversee marketing inventory, managing the control process for promotional items and materials Provide administrative support to marketing staff, including travel coordination and meeting arrangements Deliver regular project status updates and prepare reports for team leads as needed Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in a related field or equivalent 1-2 years of experience in branding, marketing, event management, or tradeshow experience Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills in English Preferred Qualifications
