Overview
Marketing Lead (Hybrid – New York City). As Marketing Lead, you’ll own demand generation, content, and events to fuel pipeline growth and brand visibility. You’ll collaborate across sales, partnerships, and product to execute measurable campaigns that drive revenue and strengthen DiligenceVault’s position as the category leader. This role combines strategy and execution and is ideal for someone who has built and scaled marketing in a B2B SaaS product company. Design and execute integrated campaigns across digital, email, and event channels to drive qualified pipeline Manage HubSpot for workflows, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting Build and optimize landing pages, CTAs, and nurture flows for conversion Track performance (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline attribution) and optimize continuously Align closely with Sales to ensure campaign ROI and lead follow-up Lead event strategy for industry conferences, webinars, client roundtables, and partner events Manage end-to-end logistics: booth presence, speaker coordination, lead capture, and follow-ups Build pre- and post-event campaigns to maximize ROI and conversion Create enablement tools (decks, one-pagers, case studies, battle cards) and partner with sales on ICP personas, messaging, and timing Translate product features into client-centric value with Product Marketing and foster cross-team alignment What You Bring
5+ years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience (fintech / investment management SaaS strongly preferred) Proven success driving pipeline-focused demand generation (MQLs, SQLs, revenue attribution) Direct experience marketing a SaaS product (not just services, agencies, or consumer campaigns) Hands-on experience with HubSpot (or similar automation tools) and Salesforce Excellent writing and storytelling skills with sharp messaging instincts Strong analytical mindset: skilled in measuring, reporting, and optimizing campaigns Event management expertise from strategy to execution and ROI measurement Proactive & self-starter with strong project management and collaboration skills Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field Compensation
