We're looking for adynamic Corporate Counsel to join our team and provide legal guidance across awide range of business activities. In this role, you’ll help us navigateevolving laws and regulations, manage risk, resolve disputes, and craft smartcontracts that protect and support our growth. You’ll work closely withleadership, regulators, and external partners—turning legal insight intostrategic advantage. What You’ll Do:

Provide practical legal advice and strategic support on awide range of business, regulatory, and compliance matters.

Collaborate with internal teams at all levels to assessrisk, resolve issues, and support business goals.

Draft, negotiate, and finalize sales agreements, contracts,and other documents to protect the company and contribute to its success.

Review current and monitor changing laws and regulations toensure ongoing compliance.

Who You Are:

Law degree from an ABA-accredited law school

Active Bar membership in the United States with no record ofdiscipline

Five (5) to eight (8) years of relevant legal experience(firm or in-house)

Litigation management experience in both state and federalcourt

Working knowledge of or the ability to learn rules andregulations such as the FCRA, privacy rules and regulations, payment processingrules and regulations, and more

Basic understanding of or the ability to learn aboutsoftware development, complex relational databases, cloud computing, andsoftware-as-a-service (SaaS)

Highest level of professional ethics and personal integrityand sound judgment

Superlative oral and written communication skills

Strong and demonstrated ability to work individually and asa team, including under pressure, with minimal direct supervision and whilemanaging many competing priorities

Interest in learning and analyzing complex statutes(including the FCRA), case law, and other primary and secondary sources andability to provide clear and sound conclusions and recommendations

Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, andOutlook, and ability to learn and use proprietary customer/matter managementsoftware

Friendly, collegial, and collaborative disposition

Ability to travel up to 20%

Ideal to Have:

Risk assessment and management experience a plus

Familiarity working with software developers a plus

Software licensing agreement drafting and negotiationexperience a plus

Annual Salary Range: $168,000 - $189,000
