Havencrest is seeking a highly driven and intellectually curious Associate to join our investment team starting in Summer 2026. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior professionals on all aspects of the investment lifecycle, from sourcing and diligence to execution and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, a collaborative mindset and a passion for investing in middle-market healthcare companies. Responsibilities
Investment Analysis & Execution
Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses Conduct due diligence across financial, operational and market dimensions Support deal structuring and negotiations alongside senior team members Prepare investment committee materials and presentations Theis Development & Deal Screening
Conduct detailed industry research to support thematic areas of interest and investment theses Support senior team members in identifying, evaluating and prioritizing investment opportunities Monitor performance and KPIs across portfolio companies Collaborate with management teams to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements Assist in exit planning and execution Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in investment banking or private equity required Experience in healthcare and/or pharma services is strongly preferred; demonstrated interest is required Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Located in or committed to moving to Dallas, TX About Havencrest
