Overview

American Cruise Lines is seeking a Project & Port Relationship Manager to join the team at our Guilford, CT Corporate Headquarters. This is a fully in-person position based in Guilford, CT. Our rapid expansion has made us the largest overnight passenger vessel in the US domestic market. As our fleet grows, so does the need to ensure we maintain port relationships across the country. This role will be responsible for maintaining relationships with over 120 ports and managing port infrastructure projects across the United States. The Project & Port Relationship Manager will play a critical role in executing the company’s long-term port development strategy. This role will maintain and cultivate relationships with port partners in all regions the company operates, including the East Coast, Mississippi River and tributaries, Pacific Northwest and Great Lakes. This role will also manage infrastructure projects throughout the United States for both new dock construction projects and maintenance of existing docks. Cultivate and maintain relationships with port partners across the country Create and execute engagement plans with port partners Manage port infrastructure projects across the country working directly with engineers and construction companies Work directly with Executive Leadership Team Work collaboratively with other departments Assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring compliance with planning requirements Provide administrative support for dock construction projects Ability to make presentations to groups including port partners, industry groups and government entities Develop and maintain professional relationships with partners across the country Qualifications

Maritime background preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Strong organizational skills Strong Excel skills Detail oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) Work Schedule
