Responsibilities

Serve as the lead strategist for Walmart Connect’s Emerging Technology Partner team to drive adoption of products and ad spend.

Increase team reach, impact and effectiveness by identifying opportunities to automate and scale.

Coordinate and collaborate across teams to drive high impact initiatives and opportunities to accelerate partner and advertiser growth.

Drive product adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Walmart Connect ad products across Emerging Technology Partners.

Consult with Walmart Connect sales and account management teams whose advertisers are utilizing partners.

Be the advocate for Sales to assist in the development of growth strategies for partners, advertisers, and suppliers.

Work with Sales Enablement teams to set goals, actively measure impact of initiatives and ensure alignment with broader business teams.

Work closely with our product team on product requirements, vision and roadmap to support scaled partner management and support.

Track, analyze, and report key quantitative metrics day-to-day and in quarterly business review format.

Identify trends, evolving needs, and resources to improve efficiency.

Minimum Qualifications

7-10 years of client-facing experience in business development, partnerships, and/or product management for search, ecommerce marketplace.

Ability to develop and get alignment for strategic plans in a new space.

Ability to translate complexity into action plans and communication in a succinct manner.

Ability to work cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.

Experience leading performing teams and mentoring others.

High analytical skill set.

Ability to achieve and exceed goals and deadlines.

Project management experience, including multitasking to lead and execute multiple projects in parallel.

BA/BS with excellent academic performance (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications

10+ years of client-facing experience in business development, partnerships, and/or product management for search, ecommerce marketplace.

Knowledge of advertising, ad tech, retail, and partnerships.

Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

MBA.

Passion for building great products, startups, developer/partner ecosystem and the business of innovation.

Ability to succinctly and easily explain ad tech language and ideas to a retail/merchant organization.

Experience working with large datasets.

Locations and Salary Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00.

Los Angeles, California US-10988: The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00.

San Bruno, California US-08848: The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00.

Additional Information Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include stock.
