Direct and manage a complete continuum of high-quality care within the care team Treat chronic diseases and disorders Review patient files/records, including allergies, problems, medications, and immunization status Elicit and record information about patient medical history Order or execute various tests, analyses, and diagnostic images to inform on patient condition Analyze test findings and examination results to diagnose patient conditions Qualifications
Unrestricted licensure in the state of New York or a New York application in process Residency-trained with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine and/or Internal Medicine Active and unrestricted DEA License or ability to obtain prior to start Position highlights & Benefits
