At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive digital experiences for the Company’s premier vacation brands including Disney’s Parks & Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Disney Experiences Technology team is responsible for the end-to-end digital and physical Guest experience for all technology & digital-led initiatives across the Attractions & Entertainment, Food & Beverage, Resorts & Transportation, and Merchandise lines of business as well as other initiatives including the MyDisneyExperience app and Hey, Disney What You’ll Do

The Senior Product Manager – Emerging Technology will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by identifying, conceptualizing, and delivering groundbreaking products that leverage the latest advancements in technology. Reporting to the Manager, Product Management, this role will bring a strong background in managing complex programs, a product-oriented mindset to shape capabilities that meet user and business needs, and the ability to translate emerging technology into meaningful solutions. Key Responsibilities

Technology Strategy: Contribute to the vision and roadmap for emerging technology products, staying ahead of trends in areas such as artificial intelligence, machine learning, computer vision, extended reality, robotics, and other disruptive fields to identify growth opportunities and validate fit for new technologies. Product Lifecycle Management: Execute iterative approaches to product development, from ideation and proof of concept/prototype development to first-run execution of new emerging products. Document clear user stories, requirements and success criteria to guide development and measure outcomes effectively. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with engineering, product design, delivery teams, and external partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of the product vision. Support the creation and maintenance of product documentation and socialization materials. Business Case Development: Define and prioritize compelling use cases aligned with business objectives. Metrics & Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product impact, inform decision-making, and communicate outcomes to leadership. Required Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of professional experience, preferably with experience in emerging technologies. Experience with an iterative test and learn process, development of POCs as well as Production level deliverables; familiarity with a research and development environment. Experience working on solutions for technical, user, and business issues in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to communicate, influence, and present at an executive level. Proven analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases. Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional teams within agile environments. Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a willingness to take personal initiative. Ability to work with bi-coastal and/or international teams across multiple time zones. Entrepreneurial mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and a passion for innovation. Ability to navigate ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Skills & Experience

Demonstrated experience communicating complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders Experience with agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Airtable, Confluence, etc.) Strong familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, IoT, AR/VR, or related areas. Proven ability to evaluate and implement AI, CV, XR technologies Required Education

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Glendale is $141,900 to $190,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
