Provide outpatient psychiatry services for children and adolescents as part of a multidisciplinary team. Collaborate with mid-level providers; compensation includes additional remuneration for collaboration. Offer medication management and therapy as part of a comprehensive treatment plan. Utilize latest digital technology with full administrative support handling scheduling and billing. Maintain professional duties with a focus on work-life balance: no hospital calls and no weekend requirements for certain schedules. Participate in a strong, collegial work environment with opportunities for generous compensation and above-market earnings potential. Qualifications
MD or DO degree Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC) Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA Experience with both medication management and therapy Must reside in Virginia About LifeStance Health
