Overview
LifeStance Health is seeking Child and Adolescent Psychiatrists in Virginia. LifeStance is a national provider of mental healthcare services focused on evidenced-based, medically driven treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in outpatient settings, with clinics nationwide and telemedicine offerings. The company employs psychiatrists, psychologists, psychiatric nurse practitioners, and licensed therapists across the US.
Responsibilities
Out-Patient Practice. No nights, no hospital calls, no weekends.
Work with a multidisciplinary, collegial clinical team.
Flexible work schedule; Full-Time or Part-Time W2 positions.
Full administrative support; scheduling and billing are handled by the practice.
Utilize latest digital technology in clinical care.
100% malpractice insurance coverage.
Compensation includes sign-on bonus, annual cash bonus, above-market pay, and potential for unlimited/uncapped earnings.
Compensation for collaboration with mid-level providers.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual income potential: $314,800 to $354,200+
Generous benefits package: Health, Vision, Dental, Life, Disability; 401k with match
Qualifications
MD or DO degree
Board Certified or Board Eligible (BE/BC)
Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA
Experience with both medication management and therapy
Must reside in Virginia
