We're hiring a
Founding Full-Stack Engineer
(Frontend/Backend) to be the technical owner and driver of our new app experience. This is a hands-on role focused primarily on React Native (iOS and Android), along with Backend (Python) integration. You will join the founding team and lead building our mobile app from the ground up, while contributing to backend integration tasks when needed. This isn’t your first native app launch; you've shipped bug-free, polished, high-performing apps and will work closely with design, product, and engineering stakeholders to deliver intuitive and beautiful experiences, fast. Own the Mobile Platform (Primary Focus)
Lead development of our React Native app from ground zero to millions of users Create seamless group collaboration experiences impossible on any other platform Build AI-native interfaces that feel magical, not mechanical Ship polished, performant experiences across iOS and Android Shape Our Technical Future
Architect mobile backend (Python) integration for real-time group AI coordination Implement GenAI features that don’t exist anywhere else Design systems that scale from thousands to millions of concurrent conversations Become a true full-stack powerhouse across the technical ecosystem Collaborate Across Disciplines
