Your experience will be embedded with client teams, providing a unique business perspective to help clients innovate and stay competitive. As a Manager in Solution Architecture, you will: Drive enterprise Salesforce.com implementations across all project phases (discovery, definition, build, test, deploy). Serve as the main client contact to manage projects and ensure delivery on time and on budget. Bridge complex business problems to innovative technical solutions and guide technical decisions to align with business outcomes. Responsibilities
Develop solutions to complex problems and recommend policy changes. Establish procedures affecting your immediate work area and possibly broader business function. Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Skills And Attributes For Success
Excellent oral and written communication; comfortable leading conversations with audiences at all levels. Lead discovery meetings to identify system requirements and understand business processes with the client. Experience with Salesforce CRM and multiple end-to-end implementations; Salesforce integration experience with middleware tools. Deep Salesforce expertise: Apex, Visualforce, APIs, AppExchange, and related Salesforce capabilities; hands-on configuration experience (Workflows, Approvals). Ability to lead solution design of the Salesforce platform and identify gaps between current and future state. Knowledge of Salesforce configuration and platform capabilities; work with developers to define specifications for custom code or data migration. Ability to manage project timelines and economics for on-time, on-budget delivery; identify risks and support change management. Cloud computing architecture, cybersecurity and privacy architecture, complex problem-solving, relationship building, and clear communication. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. Typically 4–6 years of relevant experience implementing Salesforce.com with teams of 5+ people; hands-on configuration and customization experience. Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Strong oral and written communication skills; comfortable leading conversations with stakeholders at all levels. Relational database familiarity; self-starter with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Salesforce.com certification(s); willingness to travel based on client needs. Ideally You’ll Have
Degree focus in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, or Mathematics; Master’s preferred. Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred. What We Look For

The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $139,100 to $254,900; in NYC Metro, WA, and CA (excluding Sacramento) it is $166,900 to $289,700.
