The IT Director will lead the strategic direction, management, and execution of the company’s IT initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of balancing long-term technology planning with the day-to-day operational needs of the organization. The IT Director will oversee all technology infrastructure, applications, and support services, aligning IT with business goals and security standards. Responsibilities
Lead and develop the IT team, setting goals and monitoring performance. Manage IT strategy, projects, budgets, and vendor relationships. Ensure secure, efficient, and scalable technology systems. Collaborate with business units to implement solutions that improve operations. Qualifications
Proven experience managing IT teams and operations. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and cybersecurity. Effective problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
