Overview
The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The role aims to maximize sales/profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, merchandising and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18 and the candidate must have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.

Control expenses, shrinkage and perform inventory control activities.
Engage in merchandising and overall store operations to maximize sales/profitability.
Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits Hourly rate ranges from
$17.00 - $17.25
per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience. Benefits include:
Massachusetts Paid Sick Time , Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All bonus and pay programs are subject to qualifications.
