Director, Asset Servicing Strategy
to join our Asset Servicing team. This position is located in
New York City, NY . Responsibilities
Leading the definition, development, and communication of Asset Servicing’s strategic vision and goals, ensuring alignment across Platforms & Geographies. Working closely with senior management, business units, and external partners to identify, analyze, and prioritize strategic opportunities and initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and competitive advantage. Overseeing the implementation and monitoring of the strategic plan and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission, values, and objectives. Embedding internal and external data and intelligence sources into strategic assessments of opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborating with Business Development Teams to support Executive Strategic Engagement with significant clients. Improving BNY’s Asset Servicing external profile through regular thought leadership programs aligned to our strategic vision and goals. Qualifications
A master’s degree or higher in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field. 10+ years of related experience. Proven track record of leading and managing complex strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion. Vast experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or strategic planning in the financial services industry. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Intellectual curiosity – interested in the future of financial services and shaping the industry through one of its major stakeholders. Thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple, practical terms for a wide range of audiences. Ability to influence and collaborate with senior executives and stakeholders across the organization. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional
