Overview
Board-certified Emergency Medicine provider sought for a flexible, high-paying locum role across three sites in scenic southeastern Ohio: Gallipolis, Jackson, and Meigs. ABMS/AOA-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians considered for collaboration with a
ED team. Location Highlights: Gallipolis & Jackson: Hospital-based EDs with strong support teams Meigs: Freestanding ED with 25-35 patients/day, no onsite admissions Why This Assignment Stands Out
$290/hour Flexible scheduling — minimum 5 shifts/month (preferably 8-10) Complimentary travel & hotel bookings No OT, no trauma center hassles — team-based environment Start Date: As soon as credentialed (45-60 days) Shift Times: 8a-8p or 8p-8a; Mid-level coverage at Meigs: 12p-12a Must be available for nights and weekends; manage your own documentation; no trauma designation — critical cases transferred; providers lead all ED codes Qualifications
Board Certification: ABMS or AOA in IM or FM – Required Active OH license or IMLC with LOQ Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NRP - All required COVID vaccination – Required Minimum 2 years of recent EM experience – Required Travel & Benefits
