Position Summary The Product Strategy and Analytics team collaborates with Product Strategy, Marketing, Digital Solutions, and other business units to support data-driven decision making and enhance member experience.
The Product Strategy and Analytics Professional I/II is responsible for supporting the team through data analysis, report automation, and cross-functional collaboration. It involves utilization of analytical tools to streamline recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and analyzes data trends and patterns to provide actionable insights that enhance operational performance and member satisfaction. Strong communication skills are essential to assist in translating complex data into clear, meaningful insights for stakeholders.
At Level II, also responsible for leading cross-functional initiatives, utilizing advanced tools for in-depth analysis, contributes to strategic planning and execution, mentors others, and fosters strategic partnerships while effectively communicating complex data to diverse stakeholders.
NOTE:
We are hiring for one position and are open to considering candidates who meet the qualifications for either Level I or Level II. The final level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and skills.
Qualifications/Experience
Level I: 2-4 years of experience in banking, or other data analyst roles.
Level II: 4-6 years of experience in banking, or other data analyst roles.
Knowledge of credit union products and services.
Understanding of sales and promotion techniques.
Strong Excel or SQL skills, with aptitude for learning other analytics tools.
Tableau experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and public relations skills.
Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
Able to operate computer applications.
Salary Range
Competitive Compensation:
