Regional Marketing Director

to lead our North American team, driving go-to-market strategy, innovative campaigns, and measurable impact in the region. This role combines marketing leadership with cross-functional partnership, mentoring a high-performing team and partnering with sales and product to ensure marketing delivers maximum impact. This role can be based in our Chicago, Austin, or New York hubs, and a willingness to travel as required to support regional events and initiatives is a must. What you will do

Drive New Logo Pipeline:

Own the strategy and execution for attracting new customers across North America. Develop and launch regional marketing campaigns to build a robust, predictable pipeline of new business opportunities. Fuel Expansion Revenue:

Expand footprint within existing customers. Collaborate with customer marketing and sales to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and create campaigns that increase customer lifetime value. Lead with Vision:

Mentor and empower a high-performing marketing team. Ensure regional initiatives are executed flawlessly and drive a culture of accountability and innovation. Forge Cross-Functional Partnerships:

Act as a liaison between regional marketing and sales, sales development, and product to align marketing with business objectives. Optimize for Results:

Manage the regional marketing budget, establish KPIs, analyze performance data, and continuously optimize programs for measurable results. Who you are

An Accomplished B2B Leader:

10+ years in B2B marketing with enterprise software/SaaS experience; experience leading regional marketing and managing high-performing teams. A Strategic Thinker:

Proven ability to develop and execute complex marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and growth. A Master of Collaboration:

Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across sales, product, and global marketing teams. A Data-Driven Decision Maker:

Comfortable with advanced analytics to measure success, derive insights, and optimize campaigns. An Exceptional Communicator:

Strong ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a competitive base salary with equity and benefits. Base salary range (US) is listed as $195,000 - $225,000 USD. The total compensation package includes additional components such as equity and benefits, with potential sales-specific components where applicable. The actual base salary will vary based on market, skills, experience, and interview assessment.
