On-Site in Culver City, CA | Full-Time, Non-Exempt | $60,000–$85,000/ year Punch Studio (Culver City) and Fringe Studio (Irvine) design and develop creative stationery, gifts, and lifestyle products. We’re looking for a seasoned, hands-on HR Generalist II to join our Culver City office and support employees across both locations. This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys variety, thrives in a collaborative culture, works well independently, and wants to make an impact across the employee lifecycle. This role will involve managing various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and performance management. The Human Resources Generalist II will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and supporting organizational goals through effective HR practices. What You’ll Do

Partner with leadership to provide HR support across all stages of the employee experience. Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Manage employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture. Manage employee relations, benefits administration, leave of absence processes, and HR compliance. Support timekeeping and payroll functions as needed. Maintain accurate HRIS data entry for workforce management, including employee records and payroll information. Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and orientation of new hires. Build relationships by engaging with employees across departments, including warehouse and production teams. Contribute to culture, wellness, and employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive workplace. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field preferred. 3–5 years of progressive HR experience (generalist background preferred). Strong knowledge of California labor laws and HR compliance. Experience in benefits, leave management, payroll support, and HRIS (iSolved experience a plus). Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data collection methods for informed decision-making in HR strategies. Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working with employees at all levels. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus. Must be on-site in Culver City, with occasional travel to a secondary location. Benefits
