As Marketing Operations Specialist & AI Lead, you’ll serve as the backbone of our marketing team, ensuring that systems, data, and processes are optimized to support high-performing campaigns. You’ll architect automation, manage marketing platforms, analyze performance, and champion the integration of AI into our workflows. Your work will directly empower our team to scale campaigns, personalize engagement, improve efficiency and deliver real business results. We’re looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy Marketing Operations Specialist & AI Lead to add critical new value to our Marketing team. If you’re passionate about modern marketing technology, love digging into data, and want to lead the charge in applying AI to transform marketing programs, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities
Implement new marketing attribution framework and own executive reporting and tracking across campaigns/channels; distill actionable insights to improve results Use HubSpot and related tech platforms to optimize AI visibility, lead generation, nurturing, and campaign execution Leverage workflows, segmentation, scoring, and predictive analytics to improve targeting and conversion rates Deeply understand our CRM and implement email best practices to increase engagement, including A/B testing, building automated nurture campaigns, and growing our subscriber list Enable campaign and content creation across multiple formats by utilizing AI capabilities within HubSpot and other tools Strategize and help create foundation for growth in new expanding market segments Study and serve as marketing champion for AI adoption, training team members and promoting best practices to improve team efficiency and effectiveness Partner with RevOps and cross-functional teams to streamline data capture, integration, and hygiene across systems Streamline and document marketing processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability Serve as team project manager to oversee key deliverables across programs Qualifications
Experience:
4–6+ years in marketing operations, revenue operations, or demand generation. B2B strongly preferred, and SaaS, FinTech, or financial services is a plus Marketing Automation Expertise:
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (required) Analytical Rigor:
Strong data analysis skills with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies Process Builder:
Proven ability to design and optimize scalable marketing processes and workflows AI Leader:
Hungry learner with familiarity with AI marketing best practices and tools Curiosity & Innovation:
A strategic, proactive thinker with a problem-solving mindset and an eagerness to explore new ideas, test, and iterate Communication Skills:
