(inner city practice mixed demographic) Large supportive clinical team made up of: 4 Partners 3 ANPs 7 Practice Nurses 5 HCAs 3 Physicians associates Paramedics (managing majority of visits) Clinical Admin Team in place to reduce GP workload State-of-the-art minor surgery suite No On-Call Specialist clinics inc minor surgery, joint injections, family planning & more EMIS Web clinical system Paid CPD session (paid at same rate as clinical sessions) As a Salaried GP at St Marks Medical Centre, you’ll benefit from a thoughtfully structured and manageable workload designed to prioritise both patient care and clinician wellbeing. You’ll see up to
15 patients per session , with
15-minute appointments
as standard and a healthy mix of triage, face-to-face, and remote consultations. Importantly,
only GPs decide when face-to-face appointments are needed , giving you full clinical autonomy and control over your day. There are
no on-call duties , and your time is protected through the support of an excellent multi-disciplinary team and dedicated clinical admin. You’ll also have access to a
paid CPD session
per week paid at the same rate as a clinical session so you can invest in your growth without sacrificing income. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering high-quality, patient-centred consultations Managing a varied caseload supported by allied health professionals Participating in team meetings and clinical discussions Referring patients to specialist services where appropriate Collaborating in the design of your bespoke work plan, including flexible start/finish times and
remote working days If you have an interest in developing specialist skills or advancing into leadership, you’ll be encouraged and supported to pursue further training and qualifications Person Specification
