Provide comprehensive podiatric care to senior patients, including diabetic foot care, wound management, and mobility support. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using our technology platform. Work closely with our medical concierge team for streamlined care coordination. Ensure efficient communication between specialists and primary care providers. Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree with active state licensure and board certification. 2–4 years of experience in podiatric care, or related fields. Strong commitment to patient-centered care, particularly for elderly populations. Comfortable using technology to improve care quality and efficiency. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Benefits
