Responsibilities
As a Product Manager for the Prime Video Experience Team, help define and build the video playback roadmap and customer experience for live video across all devices and geographies.
Participate in developing the live video strategy and vision, and develop product roadmaps to execute on that vision.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, project management, design, operations, finance, legal, business development, customer service, content acquisition, and executive teams to bring products to market, develop and grow business opportunities, and enhance the customer experience.
Bring experience in one or more core video playback areas (encoding, delivery, live broadcast, ads insertion, client playback) and demonstrate the ability to own end-to-end delivery and achieve results in a fast-paced environment.
Develop a deep understanding of Prime Video customers and the digital video market segments, assess competitive landscape and emerging industry trends.
Define product vision, strategy, roadmap and supporting metrics required to deliver and enhance a best-in-class digital video customer experience.
Own the development of detailed product requirements documents.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and project management teams to deliver on the product roadmap and drive projects, products, and feature launches across multiple teams.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Experience managing technical products or online services
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science or electrical engineering
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
Experience bridging technical and business teams to collect and refine requirements, prioritize incoming work requests, and ensure all committed work is delivered on time

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
