Location: Dallas, TX, United States The Business Development Director is a motivated sales leader responsible for driving growth through new client acquisition and relationship development within the HOA market, specifically communities under 2,000 units. This role requires strategic planning, sales execution, and collaboration with internal teams to win new management contracts and expand market presence. Responsibilities
Lead sales efforts to secure HOA management contracts under 2,000 units. Develop and execute sales strategies, presentations, and proposals. Identify qualified opportunities and manage the full sales cycle. Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, site visits, and presentations. Partner with marketing on proposals and RFP responses. Track pipeline activity and manage opportunities through CRM. Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscape. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred. 3+ years of sales experience, ideally within property, HOA, or residential services. Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills. CRM proficiency (Dynamics preferred). Ability to work independently, travel locally, and occasionally overnight.
