Overview
We are seeking a highly capable and proactive
Personal Assistant
to support the CEO of a dynamic and fast-paced company. This role goes beyond traditional executive support — it requires someone adaptable, resourceful, and quick-thinking who can manage a wide variety of personal and professional tasks while also serving as a
personal driver
when required.
The ideal candidate is someone with excellent organizational skills, discretion, and a service-oriented mindset. You will work closely with the CEO on a daily basis and must be prepared to adjust your schedule to align with their calendar and commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to the CEO, including scheduling, travel arrangements, reservations, errands, and day-to-day task coordination.
Drive the CEO to meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring punctuality and route efficiency.
Anticipate the CEO’s needs and proactively manage priorities and logistics.
Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and internal teams as needed.
Assist with ad-hoc projects, research, and follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of both personal and business activities.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Ensure vehicles are maintained, fueled, and ready for use.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar support role.
A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a resourceful, proactive approach.
Comfortable with a dynamic schedule and willing to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if needed.
Tech-savvy and proficient with scheduling tools, messaging apps, and productivity software.
