Review and approve new and existing metrics for accuracy, relevance, and consistency Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and engineers to define metric use cases Maintain a centralized repository of approved metrics and documentation Conduct regular audits of dashboards and reports to ensure metric fidelity Ensure metrics align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master\'s preferred) 5+ years of experience in program management, data analytics, or product operations Strong understanding of metric design, validation, and governance Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and SQL Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications
